Fish cleaning and filet will be done by crew
Dry ice fish shipping to out of state customers
Top notch crew and staff with good attitude that are willing to train and help

Type of fish:

Flounder - High season is May - September. Flounder are typically in deeper water and like to be near the bottom.
Bluefish - High season is May - November. Typically they are 15 - 20 inches but can reach up to 39 inches! Blue has a fishy taste and is best prepared grilled.
Speckled trout - High season is May - June. Only four trout are allowed per day. Spotted sea trout are very tender. The meat is a white flakey buttery fish.
Red drum - High season is May - October. 3 per person. Red drum is one of the healthiest fish to eat due to their low saturated fat content.

Spanish mackerel - High season is May - November. Spanish have a rich flavor and, perfect for some tacos!
Striped bass - High season December - March, May - December. Other wise known as rock fish or striper- spending most of their adult lives in saltwater, making spring “spawning runs” to freshwater tidal rivers.
Spade - High season is July - August. Spade are a fisherman's favorite, as they put up a fight and taste fantastic.
Tautog - High season is January, March - May, November - December. Closed season is June. Tautog live around the CBBT islands, wrecks, rocks, pilings and reefs. They have a creamy flaky flesh that's delicious.
Cobia - Regulated season June - September. Closed season January - May and October - December. Cobia make for an intense fight and offer a red meat steak style filet.
Sheepshead - High season June - August. A delicious white meat fish with a flaky texture. Sheepshead are often found near artificial reefs, rocky bottoms, wrecks, pilings and piers.
